Local Energy Scotland Community and Renewable Energy Scheme (CARES)

A consortium made up of the Energy Saving Trust (EST), Changeworks, Energy Agency, SCARF and The Wise Group are administering and managing the Community and Renewable Energy Scheme (CARES) from the 1st August 2013. Ricardo-AEA will also support delivery.
