This project formed part of the Scottish Government funded Energy Efficient Scotland: Area Based Schemes (EES:ABS). The project was delivered by the Energy Agency on behalf of Dumfries and Galloway Council.
Following a public procurement exercise, the Energy Agency employed insulation contractor, MP Group UK Ltd, to deliver the works. The works involved the installation of External Wall Insulation (EWI) within the Lincluden area of Dumfries. The project included 154 privately owned homes.
